About Renata Kosina Photography
Renata is a professional photographer with a multicultural background and over 26 years of international travel experience. In her work, she strives to show beauty as well as the spirit of a place and its people in their daily lives and reality. Her hope is to spread cultural awareness through her work and to contribute to our journey towards better understanding of each other as humans. She plans and does research before each trip, however, many spontaneous moments have brought her real personal connections. That is when she feels most rewarded.
She has worked independently as well as in teams with art directors, magazine editors and corporate marketing reps. Over 10 years of experience in publishing has made her understand work within concepts and deadlines.
Her favorite trips include discovering back roads of Bali, backpacking across the Pyrenees, sailing the Mediterranean Sea and exploring the native culture of the Mariana Islands.
She is a native of the Czech Republic living in Oregon, USA for the past 17 years.
